Wayne Alger – Managing Director / Chief Technical Officer
Having founded the company in 2005 Wayne has pushed the company forward each year, he is now mainly involved in Managing the firm and pushing new ideas and innovations. Having worked in finance, construction and the motor industry Wayne can firmly recommend what is required for new and existing clients.
Sarah Ball – Office Manager
Sarah has recently joined the company and has 15 years experience in the administration environment, she has worked for numerous companies including manufacturing, construction and finance. Sarah’s main responsibility is to manage Xperans internal processes and ensure that tasks are scheduled correctly and clients are kept fully informed on progress and site visits.
Phill Barnes – Systems Administrator
Phill joined Xperan as a Systems Administrator and Database Developer. His primary roles are ensuring that mission critical services are operational 24/7 and properly maintained, as well as development and support of database applications. Phill’s most recent work has been for Vauxhall Motors, providing site development and support of Microsoft Access based applications and for Auto Union Finance, maintaining their servers and infrastructure.
Laura Stewart (BSC) – Technical Support / .NET Developer VB & C#
Laura is our most recent addition, Laura will be your first port of call for technical issues, she is responsible for keeping track of calls and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Laura has a HNC in Business a BSC Hons in Web Development and is ITIL Qualified. Her prevous work has involved Vodafone and the FCO.
Matt Freeman – Software Architect – Lead Developer
Our software architect team has over ten years experience in commercial software development and systems architecture, working on enterprise level software projects with moneysupermarket.com, Audi, Toyota Europe and Cheshire County Council. They are able to provide valuable direction and co-ordinate developments to maximise the benefit of your existing IT investment.
